about

Join us as we pay tribute to one of the all time greatest harmonica players, Big Walter Horton. Making his first recordings with Sam Phillips in Memphis in 1951, what he was capable of doing with a simple harmonica has been amazing and astounding audiences ever since. In addition to classics he cut for Sun, Modern and RPM, we'll also hear some of his work with Willie Nix, Joe Hill Louis, Johnny Shines, Muddy Waters, Tampa Red, and more.
